1. European Residency & Golden Visas

Portugal, Spain, Latvia, Malta, Greece and Schengen Mobility

Portugal D2 is designed for entrepreneurs establishing an active business or branch in Portugal. The D7 Visa is for individuals with verifiable passive income (pensions, dividends, or rental returns of at least €820/month). The D8 Digital Nomad Visa is tailored for remote employees or contractors earning at least 4 times the Portuguese minimum wage (€3,280/month) from entities outside Portugal. All three pathways lead to permanent residency and Portuguese (EU) citizenship after 5 years.

No. European Golden Visa programs like the Latvia Golden Visa and Malta Permanent Residence (MPRP) have zero mandatory physical stay requirements. Portugal requires an average of only 7 to 14 days per year. This allows investors to maintain their primary career or business in the Middle East, Asia, or Africa while holding valid European residency cards.

Yes. European residence permits are issued for 2 to 5 years initially and are renewable indefinitely as long as the qualifying investment or income is maintained. Primary applicants can include their legal spouse, dependent children under 18 (or full-time students up to 26), and dependent parents on the same application.

2. Citizenship by Investment (CBI) & Second Passports

Caribbean Nations (Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts, St. Lucia) & Vanuatu

Official processing across Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Kitts & Nevis, and Saint Lucia is typically estimated at 3 to 6 months from submission, an indicative benchmark only, as authorities control actual timelines. The process can generally be conducted remotely. Approval is never guaranteed.

Yes. These programs are established directly under national statutory acts passed by parliament. Passports are legally registered, biometric, and confer full citizenship rights for life, including the right to pass citizenship to future generations.

Applicants can choose between a direct non-refundable contribution to a government national development fund (starting around $100,000 to $200,000 USD) or an investment in government-approved luxury resort real estate (starting from $200,000 to $400,000 USD).

3. Business Relocation & Skilled Migration

Canada C11 & Express Entry, Australia 189/190, USA L1A & UK Expansion

The Canada C11 program allows entrepreneurs, senior executives, and business owners to establish a new commercial enterprise or acquire an existing business in Canada under an LMIA-exempt work permit. It creates a structured bridge to Canadian Permanent Residency through Express Entry or Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP).

Australia evaluates skilled applicants through a points test based on age, educational qualification, English proficiency (IELTS/PTE), and verified work experience. Nexus Point coordinates skills assessment certifications (ACS, Engineers Australia, VETASSESS), EOI filings, and state nomination invitations.

Yes. Pathways such as the USA L1A Intra-Company Transferee Visa and the UK Expansion Worker Visa allow foreign companies to send senior managers or specialized executives to establish a corporate subsidiary abroad with direct permanent residence transition options.
LEGAL ACCURACY

How We Reduce Avoidable Application Errors

Over 80% of visa and immigration refusals stem from preventable document errors, unseasoned bank statements, or inaccurate translation formats. Nexus Point applies a strict three-tier verification protocol:

Sworn Legal Translations with Certified Apostille Stamps
Source of Wealth & Banking Statement Audit
Senior Counsel Pre-Submission Sign-off
Universal Document Requirements

Applicants from Asia, South Asia, Africa (including Zimbabwe, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya), the Middle East, and worldwide provide standard international documents without mandatory local residency requirements.

4. Fee Transparency & Refund Safeguard

Milestone Retainer Contracts & 15-Business-Day Refund Policy

No. Government application charges, biometric fees, consular taxes, and third-party translation/apostille costs are separate statutory disbursements levied directly by official authorities. These items are transparently itemized in your client service agreement.

Government authorities retain sole discretion on visa grants. Eligible Nexus Point professional service fees may be refunded in accordance with the conditions of the signed engagement agreement (15-business-day service fee refund policy). Government and third-party fees are non-refundable.

We never require 100% upfront fees. All professional payments are tied directly to agreed milestones (e.g., initial retainer upon agreement, secondary upon dossier compilation, and final upon authority submission).
