Further service charges, where applicable, are invoiced in stages under a written agreement as documented case progress is achieved. This is a billing structure, not a guarantee of any visa, permit or job outcome.

All job quotas on our platform are serviced under authorized Employer Demand Letters and recruitment mandates held by Nexus Point Consultants. Under corporate representation agreements and non-circumvention covenants, employer operational identities remain confidential during open screening. Initial intake fees cover our independent backoffice preparation: qualification auditing, background verification, and Europass CV formatting. We can confirm and disclose that Candidate X has been selected by Employer X for Job X with benefits only after the candidate completes initial preparation, the dossier is submitted under the demand letter quota, and the employer formally selects the candidate.
