15-Business-Day Service-Charge Guarantee (Conditions Apply)

Where the signed service agreement expressly provides a refund, eligible Nexus Point service fees are refunded according to the procedure and timeframe stated in that agreement. Government fees, consular charges, third-party professional fees and other disbursements are separate from Nexus Point service fees and may be non-refundable once paid or committed. A refund does not constitute a guarantee of immigration eligibility, employment, visa issuance or government approval. The exact refund conditions applicable to you are those in your signed engagement agreement.

3. How to File a Claim (4 Steps)

Written decision: approval states amount, rail, and transfer date; rejections state exact grounds with appeal route.

Transfer (≤15 business days): funds leave our accounts to your original payment method or verified bank wire, with receipt.

Crypto refund basis

Service prices are denominated in USD; crypto payments are converted at the applicable rate at the time of payment. Where a refund is approved for a crypto payment, it is processed through the original crypto channel or another mutually agreed method, subject to provider, network and compliance requirements. Crypto refunds follow the agreed USD refund amount in your service agreement and are not affected by later market movements unless expressly stated in writing. All service terms remain the same regardless of payment method.

5. Conditions & Exclusions

  • Authentic information: all credentials, work histories, and documents must be 100% genuine, complete, and submitted by agreed deadlines.
  • Zero tolerance for fraud: forged or altered documents, undisclosed criminal history, or material misrepresentation voids the guarantee immediately and terminates services without refund.
  • Cooperation: respond to document requests and attend biometrics, medicals, and consular interviews as scheduled. Repeated non-attendance or silent abandonment invalidates eligibility.
  • One claim per dossier: each screening intake carries a single guarantee claim; re-screenings after refusal findings are new engagements.
  • Regulatory changes: if a government closes or suspends a program after intake, uncommenced milestone funds return in full; completed work and disbursed government fees do not.
