Requirements, language and authorisation
- General: basic English and/or local language, clean record, medical fitness for physical work, safety induction.
- Forklift track: valid operating certificate plus verifiable hours; expect licence-conversion or employer induction steps.
- Authorisation: employer sponsorship where the destination allows it (e.g. quota or shortage-linked permits); otherwise a residence status already permitting work. Never assume a tourist or visit status authorises warehouse employment.
