South Asia and GCC Filipino applicants face the same three fee buckets: official government and consular fees, translation and legalisation at cost, and milestone-based advisory fees. The honest split matters more than the total, and it changes by destination and by whether you are BMET/Protector-flagged.
Fees you should ask for in writing
- Official: Voivodeship/IGI/HZZ and consular National visa fees per the live mission schedule, not a flat agent number
- At cost: translations, DFA/IBCC/HEC/MOFA, police clearance, photos, courier, insurance
- Advisory: eligibility, offer alignment, file preparation and consular attendance support on milestones, with written refund terms for service charges where applicable
South Asia & GCC cost reality
Rawalpindi to Chitral files need extra Protector and early PCC starts; Dhaka needs BMET where flagged; Gulf-experienced hands need dual PCC. Each adds disbursement, not a reason to pay a guaranteed-salary package.
