- Nurses (Kerala, Punjab India, Pakistan Punjab, Philippines): need German B1/B2 plus recognition via competent nursing bodies, often with adaptation steps
- Engineers and IT (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines): degrees checked via ZAB/anabin, IT experience routes available where suitably senior
- Welders, electricians, HVAC, drivers: vocational recognition plus employer offer still needed for the later skilled-worker step, but the card authorises the search
